Cancellation and Refund Policy

              This policy sets out the guidelines on cancellations, returns and refunds:


              • At times, due to unavoidable circumstances certain orders placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Kraft Corridor reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 10 working days.

              • Products displayed on kraftcorridor.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. The products are handcrafted, therefore, there may be slight variations in products. The colour may appear different due to the different monitor screens. Kraft Corridor does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Kraft Corridor is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact Kraft Corridor within 48 hours of receipt and Kraft Corridor reserves the right to provide a solution as per its discretion. Kraft Corridor is not liable to issue any refunds or allow exchanges and/or returns as a matter of policy. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

              • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you have received an wrong item, you should email us the photo of the damaged product/ delivered item at complaints@kraftcorridor.com with the Bar code within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kraft Corridor reserves the right to process and approve the return request as per its discretion. Once your request is approved you can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit or you would like to receive the amount back through the same payment  mode in which you placed your order. We will arrange for return pick up at an agreed time. However, we can initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through necessary quality checks. Return of damaged products shall not be accepted. Cash refunds are not done, even in case of Cash on Delivery orders.

              • In the above case you can start the refund process by clicking on the refund/replacement option.

              • You can also cancel your order, in case you find that you have wrongly placed your order and you now need to cancel the order. This can be done only if the shipping process has not yet started or within 24 hours of the order, whichever is earlier.  

              • Only one return can be accepted with respect to one order.
